I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a designated Child Mental Health Specialist in the State of Washington. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development from Virginia Tech.
I began my social work career working with veterans in an inpatient chemical dependency treatment facility at Barber’s Point in Hawaii. Upon moving to Seattle in 2006, I continued my career working with chronically mentally ill adults in community mental health and went on to work with parents and adolescents involved in the legal system. I have been a mental health therapist since 2012, gaining experience with a wide range of clients and receiving specialized training in working with children, adolescents, and pregnant and parenting women.
